Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-22 · Last updated 22 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Daniil Agalakov, individual entrepreneur (Georgia), identification code 322783065, 5 Avto Varazi Street, Vake-Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Cibeety", "we", "us"). They govern your use of https://cibeety.com, https://app.cibeety.com and the Cibeety Telegram Mini App (the "Service"). By continuing on the consent screen and using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Cibeety
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Cibeety is not intended for children or teenagers. We may close accounts we believe belong to a minor.
2. What Cibeety is, and what it is not
Cibeety is an AI wellness companion for self-reflection and everyday emotional well-being. It offers a chat with an AI, a mood check-in, diaries and exercises inspired by cognitive behavioural ideas (CBT), and AI-written weekly reflections.
Cibeety is not:
- a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor or any licensed professional, and it does not create a professional relationship with you;
- therapy, treatment, diagnosis, assessment or monitoring of any condition, and not a medical device;
- a crisis, emergency or suicide-prevention service;
- a substitute for professional care. If you are in treatment, follow your clinician's advice and talk to them before using Cibeety.
Read the AI & Wellness Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Emergencies
Do not use Cibeety in an emergency. If you or someone else may be in danger, or you think about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. The app lists numbers under "Need help now?". We cannot monitor your messages in real time, call anyone for you or send help.
4. AI-generated content
Replies, reflections and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete, biased or out of date, and they may sound more certain than they are. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not rely on Cibeety for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional decisions, or for decisions about medication or treatment. Content may not be unique to you.
5. Your account
Sign in with Google or Telegram. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think it was misused. One person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to protect it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or others' rights, or use Cibeety to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- enter other people's sensitive personal data without a right to do so;
- try to extract system instructions, bypass safety measures, probe, scrape or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it;
- use automated means to send requests, or resell or sublicense access;
- present AI output as professional advice to others.
We may limit, suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect users or the Service.
7. Your content
You keep your rights in what you enter. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to process it only to run the Service for you (store it, send it to our AI provider for replies, and display it back to you), as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Plans, payments and cancellation
Cibeety has a free plan and paid plans (Plus and Pro, shown on the pricing page). The free plan and each paid plan have the usage limits stated at purchase and in the app.
- Who sells to you. Paid orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle, which is the merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, taxes, invoices and refunds, and its Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase together with these Terms. The Paddle company that contracts with you depends on where you live (for most countries, Paddle.com Market Limited).
- Before you pay the checkout shows the total price, currency, taxes, billing period, that the plan renews automatically, and how to cancel. Prices are listed in US dollars; at checkout you may see the amount, with taxes, in your local currency (USD, EUR or ARS).
- Automatic renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app (Profile → Manage subscription), through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by writing to yasenpsyco@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.
- Refunds and right of withdrawal. Our Refund Policy gives a 14-day refund window. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK you can also withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless you asked for access to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right once the service has been fully provided or, for the part used, you owe a proportionate amount. Consumers in Brazil can withdraw within 7 days of a distance purchase. Other mandatory rights under your local law are not affected.
- Price changes. We will give you advance notice before a price change takes effect; you may cancel before it does.
- Availability. Paid plans may not be available in every country.
- We do not store your card number; it is handled by Paddle.
9. Our rights
Cibeety, its software, design, texts and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for yourself under these Terms.
10. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties (for example Google, Telegram and our AI provider). Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the Service may be interrupted. If we end a paid feature you already paid for, we will refund the unused period unless the law says otherwise.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purpose, or that it will improve your well-being. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited by law (including consumer protections in the EU, UK and Latin America). Subject to that, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using Cibeety and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may end your access for a material breach after notice where practical. To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms; this does not apply to you as a consumer where mandatory law does not allow it. Sections that by nature should survive, survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first at yasenpsyco@gmail.com; most issues can be solved quickly.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version when the change is material. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the AI & Wellness Notice are the entire agreement about the Service. Translations are for convenience; if they differ, the English version is the reference, without limiting your mandatory local rights.
